Respected sir or mam plz tell me is it ok to take vitamins c tablets limcee 2 to  3 time in a day mostly i take 3 time in a days for maintaining a proper dental hygiene and it is also good for skin. Maintaining good oral hygiene reduces chances of many problems. So try to maintain it. Yes you can take limcee tablets. But don't over consume anything. I think one tablet is sufficient if you don't have any other or underline problem.

Hi... Daily limit of vit C in males is as follows Recommended- 90mg upper limit - 2000mg So since you take 3 tabs it becomes 1500 mg which is also fine and if you want you can reduce it to just 1 tab daily that would also serve the purpose. And since you are already doing warm saline rinses so you don’t need to use mouthwash either of one is fine.
