Is it okay to rinse mouth with warm water and salt on a daily basis??? And how many times is okay???

yes you can plus you can use chlorhexidine mouthwash 0.20% 10ml twice daily

It is perfectly okay to do warm saline rinses on daily basis... you can do twice a day... It won't harm your oral cavity at all... And it has miraculous results for your gum health...
