Tooth and Mouth Problems

Any medicine for tooth ache/cavity. I am attaching xray. Please help. Starting mild pain. Non surgical treatment.

My wisdom teeth in both side are fully grown and in proper position. I don't know why my left side lower wisdom teeth gum started swelling from yesterday and the pain is unbearable today. No food is stuck there. I have taken Zerodol SP and hexidine mouthwash and warm salt water without any effect. The pain is increasing from last hour. What should I do? Doctors near me are available tomorrow only. I need anything to relieve this pain tonight..

Doctor I am getting bad pain because of cavity because of COVID-19 I am scared of going hospital. Please suggest me any treatment like toothpaste or medicine.

When I scratch finger inside cheek only right side  I show some small small bump inside cheek last two months not increase size no burning not blooding I never chewing tobacco occasionally smoking only and this problem effect to mind and I go on depression so please suggest me y this happen and which medicine use

I have problematic wisdom teeth.I have removed one of them seven day ago but my gum is still swelling.I want to know after how much time i feel good.Is it common or not.After one healing i wat to extract another one because it create pain also.

So I have gap in my teeth and bleeding gums ...may be because I m vegetarian and not taking enough calcium in my diet

I have gaps between my teeth. Do I need get braces or any other procedure is there? And if I get braces how many days  do I need to carry that? And will braces change my jaw line? I feel shy to laugh in public because of this gaps.
