Dear practo user What ever will be treatment depends on existing condition, don't go for extraction. Can be saved and restored. Without extraction it may pain or create infection in bone without any symptoms.

Followed by Rct and post/crown it can be saved. Though a radiograph and clinical evaluation only can confirm that.
