Tooth decay
Dear Sir, My son is 2 yrs old and his front upper side 4 tooth was decayed but yesterday 2 were fallen down. Is he facing any issue? Falling tooth in these age is problem.

Was there any discoloration of teeth due to  caries teeth structure gets brittle and weak and the crown portion falls off. Whereas the root portion retains. It's not normal to lose any tooth at age of 2. Post pictures for detailed interaction or visit paedodontist.

Falling teeth at this age is not normal. It generally occurs at after 5 years of age. So you need to consult your nearby dentist urgently. You child seems having Early childhood caries, ECC . This is serious issue but can be solved with proper treatment. Kindly contact any pediatric dentist.
