Teeth marks on tongue
I am having teeth marks on both sides of the tongue. One of the sides is hurting as well with trouble in chewing and talking. It felt like an ulcer earlier and I could see a white spot but now it's gone. I don't know if it's just a cut. Any advice will be really helpful

Tongue biting caused traumatic ulcer which is self limiting. Dologel CT, 5 times/day, In clean mouth use finger/fresh ear bud for applying the gel, keep applied on gum area for 3 mins, not to swallow the saliva, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 20 minutes.

Hello, based on your complaint, I understand you may be having macroglossia ie slightly enlarged tongue and it can be very common. The marking on the side of the tongues would explain. Also do you have any mal-aligned teeth? Constant abrasion of your tongue against the teeth is causing ulcerations which may cause be causing discomfort.
Next Steps
Apply Zytee gel or mucopain for ulcers 3-4 times a day till the ulcers disappear.
Health Tips
During the healing process bite carefully, avoid spicy food may irritate and dont touch the sites. allow it to heal.
