Bleeding gums
Hi. My gums bleed often while brushing. I use the softest brush (colgate black super soft) and do get teeth cleaned by dentist about once a year. Last scaling was done around September last year. Brush and floss regularly. What's the possible reason?

You need to cleaning of teeth every six months.  No point using soft brush. Use mouthwash chlorhexidine and Omnident Tooth paste

Any history of diabetes?? Brushing and flossing is okay but do warm saline rinses also everyday!!

Please attach a pic for better diagnosis. Take any multivitamin tablets. Rinse your mouth with betadiene mouth wash. Dilute it with water and then gargle thrice daily. Use pepsodent gum care toothpaste for a month. Maintain oral hygiene.

Pls attach picture of your gum. Warm salt water gargle. Mouthwash :hexidine. once in every two days after meal. For 2 weeks. C. Becosule forpte,  once a day for 3 lweeks. After food.
