Hi. My gums bleed often while brushing. I use the softest brush (colgate black super soft) and do get teeth cleaned by dentist about once a year. Last scaling was done around September last year. Brush and floss regularly. What's the possible reason?

Rinse your mouth with betadiene mouth wash. Dilute it with water and then gargle thrice daily.
Use pepsodent gum care toothpaste for a month.
Maintain oral hygiene.

Mouthwash :hexidine. once in every two days after meal. For 2 weeks.
