Tooth and Mouth Problems

I've tooth decay since last 6 months but due to covid outbreak I'm unable to visit dentist. Can you recommend any mouthwash and toothpaste to use ??

I removed my upper wisdom tooth last Thursday. It's been a week and I still feel tightness and stiffness in the first and second molars. So I couldn't chew even on the opposite side.the bite feels so hard while closing mouth.the upper molars feel so hard and tight. Couldn't bite at all. While biting, they gives sharp pain in the lower jaw under ear and inside the ear. Is this normal?I was having only soft foods till yesterday like mashed vegetables, puddings. I didn't have any stiches after extraction. Dentist said I didn't need any stitches since it's upper wisdom tooth. I am not sure if stitches are not required. Only today I ate some semi solid foods like dal kichdi. It was so mushy, so I didn't puree it. I ate it along with mustard seeds, jeera in it. I am just worried if those get stuck in the extraction site while swallowing. I did salt water rinse after eating.Can I eat food with those? Do I need to avoid mustard seeds, jeera ? When can I start eating normal food? when it heal?

There was a breakage in my tooth. It was sudden. There was no pain before. It broke in small pieces. Is it due to deficiency in vitamins or proteins or is it a Symptom to a bigger issue like disease or Is it commonly natural? Attaching photo of the broken tooth for reference.

I have plaque between teeths .and bad breathing is also.I have some nose and throat problems due to this ,could you please give suggestions to remove the plaque ..

Since last 2 month I noticed a ulcer/lump on my edge of tounge ...it is not visible but I can feel when touched ...causing discomfort in my tounge sometime... What should I do to get rid from it.

I had pain in my right jaw and took medicine from doctor moxikind cv metrogyl zerodol sp now after one month of that I am having issues in my left jaw also. When I went to the doctor he told me it's first stage of pyorreha. So help me with this. What all precautions I need to take ? Or what all should avoid ? Tell me about the initial stage of pyorreha. I am brushing twice a day plus using Listerine mouth wash twice a day, but I smoke twice a day maximum. Please help me as my teeth have  also become yellow.

I have lower jaw pain and swelling for one and a half months. Under the ear where the jaw ends. It started after I chewed more than usual one day. Soft food item only. Next day jaw pain and swelling started. Had sinus infection, so thought it's because of that. But sinus cleared up with antibiotics. But jaw pain and swelling still there. Didn't reduce. Went to dentist and they said I might have crack in lower first molar and that is causing the pain, swelling. Also said might be from my upper wisdom tooth. So told me to remove that. I did that 4 days back. I still have the same lower jaw pain and swelling.it hurts to touch under the ear. Hurts while opening mouth wider and while closing mouth too. It hurts exactly in the lower jaw end under the ear. Why it's hurt to touch? What is the reason? What is the treatment for this? Constant pain day and night for past one and a half months. Started third week of may.still same level of swelling and pain. Taking ibuprofen and amoxicillin.help.

Hi, is it safe to visit the dentist to get the cap fixed ? I have got the RCT done and this is final stage ? I am scared of stepping out now owing to rise in covid cases (am surrounded by increasing cases)
