Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sir last three months I show many spots in right cheek inside corner of mouth those colour is yellow white and not increase in size no burning no itching no blooding problem I never chewing tobacco occasionally smoking but I can't feel comfortable with this so please check pic and give some suggestions what this

I had one root canal siting 4 months back and was supposed to go for the next two sitting after a week, but lockdown was imposed. Now I cant get hold of my dentist. And my infected tooth is unattended since four months with only one root canal session. It pains sometimes. Could this lead to some other problem? Also NO dentists are open near me, so what should I do for my tooth till it reopens? I dont eat from that side and gargle with saltwater.

My lower teeth have got cavities but it is between the teeth, any home remedies or medicines that can cure it?

Is this normal? I am on day 3 after upper  WT extraction. My upper right WT. Today I feel so tight in first and second molars upper and lower while closing the mouth. Is this normal? Also , I don't see any swelling in the cheeks. But see some swelling in the gums on extraction site. I feel more pain in the ear. Inside the ear. Is it normal ? I get constant pain in the ear and in front of the ear. Why the bite is so hard and stiff on that side? The molars hit so hard and my ear hurts. It's like burning, sore scratching pain in the ear. While closing the mouth, the first molar upper bits the lower first molar first and it's so hard and stiff. What is the reason? I had lower jaw pain and swelling before this extraction. I still have those. Don't know the reason for this yet. Dentist said could be TMJ issue or upper wisdom tooth issue. So removed the upper wisdom tooth. Still have low jaw pain and swelling. Why the molars hit first and hard while closing? It hurts my ear while biting

Wisdom teeth is growing , but hurting the  cheek muscles. There appears to be swelling too. Which is very painful. Plz suggest some medication.

I have lower jaw pain with swelling, ear pain and tenderness under the ear and on top of the neck for 2 months.  Went to the dentist and took pan xray. Dentist said it's because of my upper wisdom tooth or minor crack in lower first molar. Removed the upper wisdom tooth 10 days back. But still the same pain and swelling. Had an online consultation with another dentist, he said I have Dislocated condyle on left side. Is that true? I don't have any symptoms on the left side. But my symptoms only on the right side. I don't know if it's true. My symptoms started 2 months back. Before it started, I did lots of chewing one day(soft foods only) and immediately after eating, I had tightness in the upper right molars. Next day jaw pain and swelling started. What could be the issue? What should be my next step? Minor crack cause these symptoms?

The dentist told me to get 4 of my premolars extracted for straightening my teeth. I really don't want to extract and retract and I have seen so many negative facial profile issues post treatment of extraction therapy. I came across non-surgical palete expansion and Is it possible to make some space with that procedure? Or is there any other alternative besides extraction-retraction? Where can I find a doctor in Chennai who does that? I'm 20 years old and I don't want to reduce my tongue space and contrict dental arch.

My son 4years  his suffering from teeth pain & teen scale, some teeths are spoiled. Since 2years, is there any solution for teeth.!
