Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have lower right jaw swelling and pain under the ear for 2months.It started after I chew some soft foods for long time than usual.Immediately after eating,I felt some upper molars tightness that side. Next day jaw pain under the ear with swelling started.Had sinus issue,taken antibiotics.went to ENT since the swelling,pain still present.No infection in sinus,ear. ENT was not sure why I have it.told me to get CT scan. I am yet to do that. I went to dentist just to see if any tooth issue. They took x-rays and it was normal.my upper wisdom tooth was erupted and I felt sensitivity,pain to bite on one spot on lower 1st molar.So dentist said it could be TMJ issue or crack or upper WT.I removed upper WT 2 weeks back.I still have the same jaw pain,swelling. It now radiates to neck area and it's sore&tender. Went back to OMFS for follow up.he said might be TMJ issue &told me to see TMJ specialist. I do have jaw soreness and hear clicking sound.is it anything related to parotid glands?help.

I want to know that, if we are suffering from tmj do we feel dizzyness, jaw click sounds when we eat

I started chewing guthka from last 2 months ...now red kind thing started in my teeth... is there any toothpaste or toothbrush or anything which will make my teeths remain white??... i am trying to leave guthka through chewingums and all but i am not able to

Hello, Sometimes I accidently bite food with my front upper teeth (I am wearing braces from last 10 months) and it pains. Is that a problem or will it harm my teeth. Thank you in advance

I have mild tooth pain , gum pain , burning sensation in inner cheek and lips since 15 days . I  chew tobacco since 6 months. Feel rough gums and mouth roof , sometimes chubbing pain in throat for seconds .

I have right lower jaw pain, ear pain, under the ear pain with swelling for 2 months. Had sinus Infection and got antibiotics. Sinus cleared up, but the jaw pain and swelling still there. Went to ENT to check ear. No Infection in sinus and ear. Went to dentist and took x-rays and it's normal. Did bite test and I felt pain and sensitivity to bite on one spot on lower first Molar. So the dentist said I might have crack. Took CBCT scan, he couldn't find it and said it's unpredictable and told me to extract it. Also told me to remove upper WT as it's erupted and might cause jaw pain. I went to OMFS and removed Upper WT 2 weeks back. Still have the same symptoms. Now, OMFS said it could be TMJ issue and telling me to go to TMJ specialist. I am in USA and it's expensive for tmj. I am planning to try night guard. Will that help in TMJ? When can we start using night guards after the extraction? Do I need to wait till the area completely heals? The pain and tenderness radiates to neck now.

My dentist told me it is 55K. Is it that costly? It is not self ligating. It is the normal one. Please reply..

Is it okay to rinse mouth with warm water and salt on a daily basis??? And how many times is okay???
