Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi Doctor, I can see there is a yellow colour pimple/patch in right side corner which is putting me in lot of pain. Difficulty in opening mouth and feeling very uncomfortable. I m attaching the pictures of it. Please advise me.

Hi, I was taking lemon juice in empty stomach for nearly 10 days, after which i noticed tooth color changing to little ash color.after i stopped taking lemon, still the color of tooth didnt change... no pain, no gum bleed... wat should i do now

Hey !!! My Name is Shalini My lower premolar are damaged by some genetic reasons !! After the getting my x-ray report doctor suggest me to remove those !! But as I m preparing for defence so for medical purpose my teeth needs to look Good so that I can clear my medical  ! What should I prefer Now ? Can anyone suggest me ???
