Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have lower jaw pain, ear pain with swelling for 2 months. been to many dentist. OMFS said need to remove upper wisdom tooth. So removed 2 weeks back. Still have the same ear pain, under the ear pain ,jaw pain with swelling. It now radiates to neck. I have sore and tender neck. It's little swollen. Is it normal? My dentist said it might be because of TMJ or minor tooth crack on tooth#46. So not sure about it. Taken cbct scan also. Couldn't see crack in it. Whether this is TMJ issue? Or crack? Crack cause neck sore and tenderness? And swelling? I feel soreness in the head too. On that right  side. I feel grating sound while opening the mouth. What is the issue? Any inputs anyone? I didn't injure anywhere. Did some chewing more than usual one day and next day jaw pain and Swelling started. It happened 3rd week of may. It's still the same till today. And neck pain started 3 weeks back. Before that ear pain and jaw pain was there with swelling. Under the ear hurts to touch.

I am having pain in my mouth cheeks due to some wound from last 3 days. It seems like having pus and causing discomfort while eating and opening mouth wider. Can you please let me know the cause of it and what I could do to get some relief. Since due to lockdown and covid opd are closed in my city.

Gum sheding only 1 tooth which medicine to recover my gum. And how to clean my téeth means which medical toothpaste to back whitening I have use colgate whitning but this toothpaste givee only 30% result.

Hi Dr I am seeing bleeding in gums while brushing tooth brush and sometime during the day ? I think having cavity as well. Please suggest

Pls can u tell me which mount wash is good and also plz tell me the name of a best mouth wash which mostly dentist prescribed for mantanig a healthy gum and teeth which mouth was is good alcohol based mouth wash or without alcohol based mouth wash and also tell me in a day how many time mouth we can do

Some problem in my tooth crown inside there is a black hole and now its shaking and suffering from pain too.

I have mild bleeding in my gums. This I can see and it smells bad. I am using betadine gargle 2 time in a day and found it quite effective. Is there any other medicated mouthwash to cure this condition of my gums.

I went to dentist for my teeth checkup due to sensitivity and pain in June mid they told it's periodontitis stage 2 and would require scaling. Since due to lockdown and covid dentist are not doing scaling and provided me medicine for relief. Now I see the back teeth plaque is increasing rapidly and also my gums seems to inflamed and coming over teeth near wisdom teeths. Sometime I feel little discomfort and using gargle with salt water and brushing 2 times daily for 2 months. Please let me know why it has increased so rapidly and how we can control it as the medical facilities seems not likely to open in coming couple of months.

Hi , I am working women and 29 year old and in this lockdown i want to utilize the time. My front teeth are not in shape so i want to make in shape so can anyone suggest in 8 months can it be poosible to bring in shape and also how much time will it take to come into the shape. I have heard invisible braces but that is costly so just wanted to know in shorter period can i use braces to correct it. Some pictures i have added for clear view. Kindly suggest further

I'm wearing braces from 2 and half years. All my gaps closed now.. My marriage got fixed and is that possible to remove braces in this corona time. M worried help me
