Does osmf burning sensation goes away with treatment and quitting habbit or it remains same whole life even after treatment and quiting of habbit i am inbetween stage1and stage2

Tooth got half broken and there's black sort of teeth remained till now no pain what should I need to do

I've had slightly yellow teeth for the past 10 years. I have been incessantly brushing twice a day for the past 2-3 years. Teeth are instead turning slightly more towards a darker shade of yellow. I'd like to understand the cause of this. Further, I'd like to understand the process for having whiter teeth.

I had infection in upper wisdom tooth. Doc did first sitting of RCT on Tuesday and gave antibiotic for 5 days. During the second RCT sitting on Saturday he told that tooth needs to get extracted as there is too much infection. He removed the wisdom tooth and did not prescribe any antibiotic. Though I had completed my 5 day course of antibiotic ( Tuesday to Saturday). Will my wound heal on its own as I took my last dose of antibiotic on the day of tooth removal itself?

Toothache in left side for past 2-3 days which comes and goes. Applied long oil for pain relief. Loss of taste as well for past 1 day. Please advise on pain relief. Not sure but could be because of wisdom tooth eruption.
