Tooth and Mouth Problems

He has pain in the place of one side of lower gum where wisdom teeth should be,but there is no wisdom teeth in his lower jaw line.He has 16 teeth's in his upper jaw line and 14 teeth's in lower jaw line.He has pain in that side from 3/4 days.He is of 28 years.i m concerned about it.please let me know the reason.

I had treatment of braces for 2 years.. After that dentist said me to use retainer for 1 year... But 4 months back I forgot my retainer in native and went to some other place... Now I brought that retainer... Shape of my teeth has been changed... Retainer is not fixing properly as earlier.. I tried hardly to use that.. But after sometimes I'll get pain.. So can u suggest me anything to do know pls!

Dear sir please find attached pic and tell me what infection is in my tongue. It spread day by day. Please prescribe some medicine for this. I am doing brush 2 times and also use Colgate mouth wash and I am tuberculosis patient I have abdominal tuberculosis.

My mom has decayed teeth in the upper jaw. One of them was removed previously (others weren't removed as she had BP and doctor said not to at that time) and later after an year time she got tooth pain so doctor had prescribed (mahacef 200, asyclo sp and izra 40) tabs. She was fine with it for about an year but now may be I am not sure due to this cold weather or she might have eaten something hard which led to her tooth gum (interior middle part of gum/tooth is not there) pain slightly. I also noticed there is a small mouth ulcer type bubble on the side of the gum (upper jaw) OR a bony type extension (I hope not). Now she has taken the same above tablets which has relieved her from the pain. But there is a small swelling on her cheek outside now. Is this due to some allergy or something? What is the recovery for this? Currently she takes Ivaprien GM for knee pain and Telvas 3D for BP

I had been suggested for root canal as I have a cavity between my last two tooth on the right side and it's been more than a year I have not been eating on that side. But now when I was supposed to get my rc done the lockdown was imposed and I have a gum growth over the tooth. Is it some cancerous lump??

Dear sir I gone a dental surgery for removal of wisdom teeth in month of November and I still felt complete numbness in my tongue kindly suggest any treatment for this or this will remain permanant.i already taken trinerve forte and neurokind approx.2 month in December and January.

There is a severe toothache for 2 weeks. Some medicine also did not work at all and some home remedies were not affected.
