Tooth and Mouth Problems

Lower jaw pain under ear with swelling for 2 months. I didn't injure anywhere. did chew some soft foods more than usual on 3rd week if may. immediately after eating, my upper molars felt so tight and stiff. next day the lower jaw pain under the ear started with swelling. went to ENT, dentist, Endo and OMFS. I am in USA. so, have to go to different specialist to check the issue. my dentist said might be TMJ or upper WT or lower first molar tooth crack. removed upper WT 2 weeks back. I still have the same jaw pain and swelling. it now radiates to neck. my right side of the neck is little swollen and tender for 2 weeks. swelling in the jaw is same from day 1. I hear clicking sound in jaw while opening mouth. hurt to touch under ear and neck. it radiates till collar bone. don't know what's the reason. my OMFS told me to go to TMJ specialist.what's the issue and recommended treatment. it hurts while chewing food and eating. does it from any glands or lymph nodes or TMJ? how to identify?

I had small cavity in the lower tooth , no pain at all but suddenly I was eating and half tooth broke . So what can be done to remove that cavity

My neighbour uncle had swelling for past 30 days... He said that he got stuck nails in cheek side ..due to which it is developed...it has growth like and swelling ...under neck also swelling there...no habits ..only cigarette that too was dropped before 1 yr...since covid situation he cant make to clinic since he is frm village... There is also restricted mouth opening..pain is also there.. looking like cancerous growth or infection? What can do now in home?

I never had any dental issues, my teeth looks really healthy and beautiful. I have been facing some menstrual problems means hormonal imbalance ,my weight is a bit on higher side apart from it, I have no medical issues or history. Earlier I used to have bleeding gums sometimes, I thought brushing too vigorously might be contributing to bleeding. But now from a month or a two I have been observing, this problem is increasing ,even if I'm not brushing my teeth, even if I'm nt touching my teeth, it's bleeding. Sometimes even facing bad breathing situation. Due to covid 19,scared to visit dentist. Can anyone please suggest me any home remedies or any medicine or can suggest what should I follow to fix it. Hi, I have been told I have a habit of grinding my teeth at night which makes a loud noise. It happens during my deep sleep and somedays I feel my jaws ache when I wake up. What do you suppose is the reason for this and how can I stop doing this.
