I have dental problem my teeth is always yellow and I have changed my toothpaste but it was not working and some time if I bursh more time then I had blood out in my teeth

Get scaling polishing done. If you want light shade of teeth you may go for teeth whitening i.e. bleaching. But scaling every 6 month is important.
