I m having pain in between two teeths 1st Molar & 2nd Premolar. The pain is so severe I can't even talk. I have tried sensodyne rapid relief but there is no relief. Also I have taken 3 doses of Keterol DT but still the pain is very very very severe. Even if I touch my tongue near the pain area it pains. Please help. The pain is very very severe. Our home area is under lockdown. Kindly suggest so that for temporary the pain can be eradicated. Thanks

I have lower jaw pain and mild  swelling for more than one and a half months. Swelling and pain from day 1. No change in swelling. Had sinus infection and took antibiotics. Sinus cleared up. Went to ENT, did Endo and no sinus infection. Went to dentist, told x-rays and it's normal. Did bite test,felt pain and sensitivity on one spot in lower first molar. During cold spray test, I felt soreness in that tooth for 10 to 20 seconds after the spray. Dentist said it might be a tooth fracture /crack and took CBCT scan. Couldn't see anything on cbct scan and said it's unpredictable. Told me to do RCT or extraction. Told me to extract my upper wisdom tooth. Did that last week. Even after a week of extraction,I still feel the same jaw pain under the ear and same swelling. It hurts to touch under the ear and top of the neck is sore and tender too.Whether the crack cause low jaw pain with swelling?How to know if I have a crack or fracture? Whether minor cracks required RCT? Or extraction?pls help

Hello, When my son is eating that time he saying my ear is paining,not daily usually 3to4 time in a month.when he brush his teeth if by mystically brush touch on his upper teeth that time also he is saying ear is paining. Could you please suggest me what I will do? Thanks in advance
