Tooth and Mouth Problems

I've had a painless bump on the roof of my mouth for the last 3 weeks. I used dologel a few times, but it has not helped. Previously bumps like this have resolved on there own or after one dose of bicasule capsule, but this has not. I have been on vitamin B12 injections (renerve) for month, been taking vitamin D satchet, and have also started vitamin E since Saturday. Attached are photos, kindly advise as i am starting to worry. The bump is painless and like a small swelling on the roof of my mouth. It has not increased in size, but has also not decreased. Thank you.

It's been a month and a half since the upper incisor tooth fell for my son naturally. The new teeth did not erupt at all. The gum looks intact and no signs of new teeth. Is this a red flag and requires a doctor visit in person ?

A tooth is having a constant throb .trying to see myself I can only see a small brown spot and half of it seems like filling is there .but some portion has browm spots..why is there pain and if filinh came off little I never came to know.is that possble Can a smal minor cavity which one usually ignores cause constant pain and sore gums..

My teeth was performed RCT .. 2 months ago and cap has been fixed... But since 2 days I m facing light pain while biting or hot things... May I know what to do... As currently everywhere clinics are shut because of pandemic.please advice...

I have red colour gums at back of teeth (where upper and lower jaw meets) from past 3 days and pain.so that I cannot close my jaw and bite food,if I try so I'm biting my own gums.Now a white colour patch appeared and problem is same.pls help
