Any medicine is to be used for a desired period as long as it symptoms are not relieved. Same applies to toothpaste as well. Stop using once ur sensitivity issues are resolved.

pea size toothpaste spread all over the teeth by brush wait for 30 sec than slowly brush your teeth in rounding  motion  and don't eat n drink for half n hour
