Please suggest me , can i use mouthwash after brushing with Thermoseal RA paste ?
I use this toothpaste for sensitivity but it does not give freshness .so please suggest.

1 .U can use mouth wash after thermo seal
2.paste will desensitize ur teeth..they r nt meant for freshness.
3.For freshness u need to maintain good oral hygiene n regular dentist visits

Hello sir,
You can use a mouth wash . But mouthwash has to be used after breakfast or before going to bed, do not dilute it, hold it in your mouth for 30secs and spit it , after spiting again do not gargle your mouth with water. You will feel the difference yourself.
No you can not use mouthwash immediately after brushing because the toothpaste ingredients interact with mothwash especially chlorhexidine mouthwash so there should be gap of near abot 15 to 20 minutea between brushing and mouthwash . And thermoseal RA is just for sensitivity so u can buy colgate total which will provide u freshness for longer duration of time.

Use to mouth wash immediately after brushes is not prescribed you should atleast wait for 15 to 20 mints after brushing and then use mouthwash and that to in diluted form
