If her health is good ..go for implants(fixed dentures)but it is too costly ..number of implants depends on bone condition..for that u need one full mouth xray ..

In your case patient not having any antagonist teeth to bite on and it must be very difficult for her to fulfill proper nutritional need. For fixed teeth in your case only option left is implant supported fixed prosthesis. We need to evaluate her systemic and  oral condition. Type of bone, quantity, quality, density of bone, bite and jaw relation; accordingly we chalk out the best treatment option available..we can't draw  estimate without doing complete evaluation as ( lot of variables)we need to know type, number of implants required along with additional procedure for same, type of prosthesis we are going to deliver as per her condition and individual need and duration available is of equal importance..
Next Steps
you should visit a specialist dental implant expert and get complete check up done and then only you will have proper estimate..
Health Tips
it's better if you understand the reason for different estimates as per different treatment option and quality of implant system used..as it's costly procedure where we want long term results...
