Tooth and Mouth Problems

Worse tooth ace in molars on left side since last 2 days. I have tried tooth ace gels but didn't really help.

My gums had become very weak ,before it was occasionally but now it has become frequently,also I have dental plaques there is a layer after having food and when it starts bleeding I find rotten food particles coming out of that area although it is comparatively very small but still it comes out,anything I eat gets stuck ,it is okay when I take vitamin c and I use dabur paste.no bad breathe but poor weak gums please suggest what to do

I have been advised tooth extraction for my front tooth which is more than half broken. I have attached xray for reference. Plz suggest if tooth extraction is only option?

Hi Doctor, My grandma is 80yrs old, due to current situation we are unable to visit dentist. She is having severe tooth pain from yesterday.. unable to eat. Suddenly pain is increasing and after some time it is bearable. Teeth not shaking. But pain is there both in teeth and gums. Her whole right half of the face is paining. Can she take any pain killer.. kindly help. We tried home remedies like clove and crystal Salt.

My age is 33 but my milk teeth hasn't fallen yet. Wat is the reason. asthetically it looks very bad. Wat can be done. Is it good to remove it or any other option

Suffering from recurring gum swelling and tooth pain. This occurs every month on regular basis. Please suggest a remedy.

Hi, I am having lower jaw pain under the ear, jaw with swelling over the jaw line.Went to different doctors. ENT,Endo,dentist,OMFS.I am currently living in USA.Dentist said it could be because of upper WT or tooth crack in #46,TMJ issue.Removed my upper wisdom tooth 3 weeks back.still have same symptoms. OMFS told me to see TMJ specialist. I also have pain on side of the neck with swelling. And it hurts sore on top of the head. Right side. Went to a TMJ specialist today. He said my jaw joint bones on right side scratching each other and left side is ok. He said why my OMFS and dentist missed it. He gave me a treatment plan and which is very very expensive. For 6 months. He said I need to wear hard guard and soft guard. I am attaching the pan xray. Does my joint damaged? What is the recommended treatment for this? I even don't know if TMJD cause jaw swelling, pain/Swelling in neck and top of head. Not sure if everything because of tooth crack or TMJD. Attaching the images. Damaged?

I extracted my upper wisdom tooth 3 weeks back. I had a follow up last week and OMFS said the site is healed. I didn't eat or chew at all that side from day 1. And taking only very soft foods. No hard foods or chewy foods and only room temperature foods. Yesterday and today , I tried to eat some hot foods and I tried to chew that side and I feel sharp pain on the extraction site once and I stopped eating that side. Today, I had some hot foods and hot water and I feel some sensitivity on that extraction site for a second or two. After that it was normal. Attaching x-ray take after the extraction. I feel very sore in the upper side and the extraction side. Feels like stretching. Is this normal to have these before the gums /tissues formed? Is this normal?
