I am attching my latest x ray. Pls tell me tooth no 6 in middle of x ray is in need of rct or filling. Tooth no 7 is in process of rct. Doctor is saying if you want rct or filling then we can go with both options whatever you want. Pls suggest me tooth no 6 is in need of rct or filling.

Hello, I have bad breath problem and teeth becoming yellow. I have shown it to doctor but don't find significant differences after consulting and following the instructions. I don't smoke or drink. I follow some remedies like rinsing with salt, brushing twice, chewing gum and using mouth wash sometimes. Could you please suggest any specific toothpaste which can help in bad breath, will fluoride-containing toothpaste will help ?
