First of all you should eliminate etiology i.e. smoking. Quit smoking. Get scaling polishing done. After that if you want to whitening of teeth you can go for bleaching. And for dark gums you can undergo gingival depigmentation procedure.

Stop smoking immediately and permanently. Get scaling done. Stains of smokes don't go away easily. Rub soda powder or salt on teeth. Use plastic tongue scraper regularly.
