Tooth and Mouth Problems

What happened on my gums from last 4 to 5 days I attached photo of my gums Pain while eating if some food touches the left area

Hello... my mouth smells and it's so embarrassing for me. I brush my teeth twice a day . Also did scaling and polishing. But still I have a bad breath while waking up from sleep. And other times too . Kindly suggest me what to do .

Hi Doctor Iam getting more saliva in mouth from the past few days but no mucus. Could you please suggest any medication for this.

My upper wisdom tooth had been removed a few days ago becoz of some pain and infection. According to the dentist, my other upper wisdom tooth too is prone to infection( no infection right now apart some black stains) as there are chances of food lodgement and very little space  for cleaning and I will have to get it removed in future. Please suggest how can i  prevent this tooth from infection as toothbrush doens't reach behind that tooth and I m not able to clean it properly?

From last 3-4 months I am getting small boils/pimple on tongue. There is always burning sensation more while drinking, eating or talking.

TIP OF TONGUE SWOLLEN .I HAVE APPOINTMENT WITH DENTIST IN TWO DAYS.I WANTED TO KNOW HERE .IS IT CANCER SYMPTOM OR WHAT MAY BE THE REASON.

So whenever I sleep I start to grind my teeth. My husband told me that I do and I didn't even realised. Any solution for this?

Have extracted my upper wisdom tooth 2 months back. I had lower jaw pain with swelling and neck pain under earlobe. Dentist says it could be because of upper WT and I removed it. I still have the same pain in the lower jaw and neck even after the removal. I am still finding answer for that.I didn't have any stiches after the WT extraction. I went for follow-up after 2 weeks of extraction and OMFS said it's healing good. Now, I noticed a small lump which is very hard on the gum of the extraction site. It's been there for 2 weeks now. It was painful if I touch or press. And sometime gives sore pain. Since I have severe pain in the lower jaw and neck, I couldn't differentiate if it's from this boil on the gum.I went yesterday to check with OS. He said, it's a bone fragment and told me to wait for 2 weeks to see how it goes. If it's painful, told me to come back to take it off.now I feel some throbbing pain there suddenly. What is shaving it off mean? will it go away on its own?
