Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got swollen gums and black outlines of gum in front teeth and pain in my front teeth as well as gums

My son is 2.6yrs old and his teeths are having problem like enamel is removing and teeth color is becoming off white and brownish. What should I do?

I have been suffering from mild tooth ache for about 2 weeks now. Last week one of my 1st molar tooth got broken. Now I feel an intense pain and sensitivity to cold or hot liquids in the gum area were the teeth got broken. What shall I do? My best regards

Hello doctor, I have noticed tiny black spots on my teeth not able to understand what could have been the cause. Also some times I have very mild pain sometimes ( NOT VERY FREQUENTLY) Pls help me to understand how can this be sorted before it becomes issue.

Dear Dentists, I have observed a big gap in the middle Lining of my left Upper molar teeth. I am not experiencing any pain right now. I would like to know about this kind of Teeth condition and treatment to be done in near future. Sometimes food particles are sticking into that teeth gap, I am using toothpick to clear those.
