Dental caries
7 years ago, one of my teeth developed caries, that time I was not much aware so didn't go for any treatment. Now I have a large hole in form of varies in lower molar tooth. It's not paining but i dont find it good to bare. I want an alternative for this

Visit dentist get xray done. If tooth is in good condition n caries not extending into root you can go for root canal treatment.  If its extending into root it needs extraction.

If it is not symptomatic and if further examination reveals, it has not caused any infection of pulp tissues, it can be filled. Else you may need a root canal and cap
