gum bleeding is the common symptom that you have accumulated lots of dirt meaning plaque in your gums for a long period of time which in turn causes bad breath. get an ultra sonic scaling and polishing done from a dentist nearby. after the procedure is done visit the dentist once in a year for regular checkup

Hello . The most common cause of bleeding gums is inflammation beneath the gums which is due to various reasons , the most common being accumulation of soft and hard deposits below the gums . Get a checkup done and a thorough cleaning of the gums . Your gum health , deposits beneath the gums and inflammation needs to be checked . Make sure to brush with the correct technique minimum twice daily ( morning and night ) and use a mouthwash . Visit your dentist for further course of action which will depend on the condition of your gums .
