Bleeding in gums is a common issue which can easily be addressed by maintaining proper oral hygiene , change in brushing technique and a single visit scaling at your nearest dental clinic. But if it is associated with some systemic disorder then you need to find the cause.
Next Steps
visit your nearest dental clinic, tell about your medical history if any and ask for the correct brush and brushing technique according to your oral cavity.
Health Tips
for starters you can start warm salt water rinses and a sensitive toothpaste with more potassium and fluoride content.
