Get Deep Subgingival Scaling and polishing done.
Brush twice daily with soft toothbrush.
Rinse after every meal.
Do warm saline rinses 4 times a day for 2 weeks.
Maintain oral hygeine.

First of all use a nice toothpaste, with soft bristle brush. Brush slowly, and after brushing wait for 10 minutes and use chlorhexidine mouthrinse, rinse your mouth for 1minute and spit and avoid eating food and drinking water for 30mins.
