Braces for teeth
My age is 26. Is it good to go for braces at this age. I have proclined upper and lower teeth. My orthodentist suggested to extract 4 teeth - 2 upper premolar and 2 lower premolar. Is it okay to go for extraction and braces.

Yes ...it's is fine and absolutely normal to go for braces at your age. Usually in proclined teeth, extraction is needed, so that's also normal .
