Since do not want a visit to the hospital,I would suggest you take antibiotics and Pain Killers till the pain subsides,or else if the pain persists still, would request you to visit the clinic for an emergency, which procedure has to be performed will be determined only after your tooth is clinically and Radiographically examined by the dentist. In the meantime since you have unbearable pain I would prescribe you
Tab Moxifind-CV 625
I Tab X BD
Tab Ultracet
1 Tab BD
Both medicines for 5 days.
Tab Ketorol DT
2 Tabs SOS
Do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day.
Next Steps
Take Medicines and if the pain persists,Visit a Clinic.
Tooth that is carious needs dental treatment. Pain medicine will relieve pain temporarily. So visit dentist who is taking all precautions in dental office.
