Without xray its not possible to tell when permanent teeth will come. Please visit your nearby dentist and get 1 xray done. Doctor will see and tell u the time of eruption and if any hinderence is there then he/ she will tell you solution also.

Which milk teeth have come out ? Has it decayed and fallen or got loose and fell ? Different teeth have different eruption time Also get an x ray done to check how long the permanent will take to erupt
