Zirconium also known as ceramic crown if it is possible in your case because it requires less cutting of your tooth structure and also aesthetically best option if you cannot afford a ceramic crown which is expensive i would suggest a metal crown if aesthetics is not an issue for you also it is posterior because it will require less cutting of the tooth structure i wouldn’t suggest you PFM crowns
