Dear Dentists, I have observed a big gap in the middle Lining of my left Upper molar teeth. I am not experiencing any pain right now. I would like to know about this kind of Teeth condition and treatment to be done in near future. Sometimes food particles are sticking into that teeth gap, I am using toothpick to clear those. Do I need to undergo any ToothFill or root canal. Requesting for your expert advices. Thanks Vinod

Your tooth has fractured (along the long axis). Visit a dentist  preferably an Endodontist, to get examination done. He /she will decide whether it can be saved or has to be removed.
