Dear practo user
There is no cause for concern over small patches over milk teeth. Pictures show no destructive lesion. So for now, there is no option but to brush correctly twice daily and make sure no food gets lodged between teeth. All of them are milk teeth that will eventually fall and get replaced by permanent ones later in life.
Next Steps
use kidodent or cheerio gel toothpaste for kids
consult a paediatric dental surgeon if available
Health Tips
careful brushing and regular monitoring of oral hygiene is important instead of worrying

4. Starting of denatal caries.

pls send a clear tooth photo through my chat box. i will give proper treatment..
Pictures are not so very clear. However from now brushing twice a day after meals with toothpastes available for children to be used on a regular basis.
There is decay happening in ur child's teeth.
Make him brush 2 daily with kids toothpaste. Also, once the child has brushed at night. He should immediately sleep and nothing except water should go in his mouth
