Hi doctor I facing severe tongue pain. Tongue looks patchy and cracked. Those cracks is causing pain. Am unable to eat anything. Only during eating it pains a lot. Otherwise it's fine. Why am I facing this. Any suggestions.

Dologel CT, 3-5 times/day, In clean mouth use finger/fresh ear bud for applying the gel, keep applied on tongue for 3 mins, not to swallow the saliva, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 20 minutes. Tongue cleaning with soft bristled brush. C. Melcovit gold, for 30 days.

avoid spicy, hot,hard food.
