If you are having any gastrointestinal or ENT problem then also it leads to bad breath. Sometimes eating food with offensive odour items like garlic and onion also leads to bad breath. Mainly bacteria present over our tongue coating are mainly responsible for bad breath. You need to use tongue cleaner properly twice in a day. You will get tongue cleaner from any shop. Use it properly. If you are having any ear nose and throat or acidity or git tract related problems then you should visit your doctor because it is related to bad breath.
Next Steps
use tongue cleaner which I have mentioned and use cholrhexidine based 0.2% conc. wala mouthwash twice a day . dont dilute with water. gargle for 15 to 30 seconds in  mouth and spit it. use 10 ml of mouthwash for gargling each time. And also visit your dentist . sometimes...because of gums problems we feel bad breath. so you need to get your check up of oral cavity if you are having any gums related problem otherwise you can follow which I have told you

Dear practo user Bad breath or halitosis can have intra and extraoral causes. Basically dentists check for intraoral reasons and remove the causative factors, if any. If intraoral causes are not found, we must check for extraoral causes like spicy food intake, gastrointestinal disorders like acidity, diabetes, habits, lung disorders etc. To diagnose correctly, first consult a dentist, and if no intraoral reasons are found, you need to consult a general physician
Next Steps
1. consult your dentist at the earliest 2. if not diagnosed, consult a general physician
Health Tips
reduce spicy foods, avoid smoking and other oral habits, use mouthwashes and dental floss regularly get extraoral causes checked once
