I have lower jaw pain under ear and neck pain since may. Went to dentist and he suspect a tooth fracture in lower first molar#46. He want me to extract and implant.Then he sent me to Endodontist.Endo couldn't spot any tooth fracture and he said that tooth is sensitive to bite and cold. I waited till September of it improves.Still the same pain symptoms and my dentist rid me to do RCT. So needed rct.I had rct done 7 weeks back. Still same symptoms.My dentist still suspect I have a tooth fracture.I went for core and temporary crown work this week.Told me to come back after 3 weeks due permanent crown.I don't know for sure if I have tooth fracture.Still have same symptoms. Constant burning pain in neck and lower jaw under ear. Can I do permanent crown?How to know if I have tooth fracture? I have very sore pain on the gum and tooth on that tooth after temp crown work. Is this normal or because of fracture?do I need extraction?x-rays normal.dentist took CBCT,suspect a root fracture from it

My grandmother's front teeth is moving a little bit and paining. What can be done in this case? Can any antibiotics and painkillers be given?

Are root canal and tooth removal surgery painful? I have read that it is not painful but just wanted to ask professionals. Also, if it doesn't pain during the process, does it pain after the anesthetic effect gets over?

Nhi Doctor, My daughter is having two teeth on same root on front side 1st left tooth root. Teeth are fully grown and approx 1 year old. Before one year she had lost her tooth naturally and after that two teeth grown at same place. Front outside tooth is normal but its direction is some out side of mouth due to second tooth which is growing its backside. Second inner tooth is 90 degree perpendicular to first tooth and now its touching her tongue when she speaks. pls suggest that 1. she need surgery or second tooth will fall with time, 2. Her first outer tooth need to bracing or surgery to fix it own place so it can't come out from her lips, 3. If surgery required can we postpone it for 6 months, due to current scenario fear.
