Tooth and Mouth Problems

I see some white patches or spot on my 2 tooth recently. What are those? How to remove those? It's pure white in color and not able to scrub off with brushing. What to do?

I had root canal on tooth #46 lower first molar.  I had root canal as my dentist suspect a tooth root fracture and he suspect it might be the reason for my jaw and neck pain. I have lower jaw pain under ear and side of the neck since may. I had root canal 7 weeks back.same symptoms after rct too.I went back to dentist yesterday to get core build and temp crown.he told me to come back after 3 weeks to do permanent crown.  My gum and tooth are so sore and painful since yesterday.I took ibuprofen yesterday. Is it normal to have pain after this dental work?  It's sore and dull pain on that gum and tooth. I do have constant burning  lower jaw and neck pain still. So along with that,I have pain in this lower molar gum and tooth. Do I need to go back to dentist? Or this pain normal? I have sore pain on both side gums.When I run over my tongue at back of tooth, I feel some difference in the area between the gum and the white part of tooth. I feel some edges.is it because of crown?normal?

Hi, I have ulcer kind of on my right side next to wisdom teeth.. initially was paining . Now it's not paining but not healing also. I have attached photo for reference. Pls suggest..

I have noticed a very small bump on the soft palate of my mouth. It is on the left hand side if you are facing. It is very small and barely visible. Absolutely no pain or discomfort. I first noticed it yesterday morning. It is causing me concern as I'm not sure what it is.

Hello doctor.. My sister is having issues of mouth smell.. She tried many mouth wash but still smell is there.. Is there any remedy for the same.. Ahe used to brush teeth twice times
