Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have lower jaw pain under ear and neck since may.  Went to dentist,he said there might be a tooth fracture in root of #46. X-ray normal.No pain. He gave me tooth sloth. It hurts to bite on one spot. He said it might be fracture, told me to extract, implant it. I went for second opinion to Endodontist. He checked through microscope and said there is no fracture in root and can see some fracture lines on tooth surface. Also, my tooth was very sensitive to cold spray test which he did. So he told me to do RCT and crown. He told me not to extract it. I waited till September and no changes in my symptoms. Had rct 7 weeks back. Same symptoms still.Went back to dentist.He still suspect my pain in lower jaw and neck is beacuse of this tooth fracture.But the Endo couldn't see any fracture. Dentist took CbcT scan and he suspect a fracture. endo didn't see/take cbct.endo did only clinical diagnosis.had temp crown on it last week. very sore&sharp pain on tooth&gum. how to know about fracture?

My front dental crown fell out few days back , although I am able to eat but its not looking good . I am scared of visiting clinic / hospital due to covid . I am very depressed and I really feel that many people like me are so scared n depressed these days ,We might die of other diseases due to delayed treatment (even if we want to address our health issue  but we can't).This might not be the right place to post this question but still is it safe to visit clinic seeing the current situation in India.

My wisdom teeth has started to come out since last 04 days and due to this I'm facing problem like swelling and pain. I've visited dentist and as per his advice, I'm taking 1. Dolokind aa 2. Ceftech cv. I'm also taking care of my teeth by proper brushing and frequent mouth wash. But still I'm unable to overcome swelling and pain. Kindly help me out with your advice.

I paid 4500/- per teeth,7 zerconia teeth . But in waranty card work type is written  metal free layered. My question is 1. Is it full zerconia teeth or only metal free layer? 2. I paid cost of full zerconia teeth or metal free layerd ???

My gums are swollen and a part of it is loosened from the teeth. How do I get treated for this problem? Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

There's a jaw popping sound comes from my jaw and gives me pain. Feels stiff and painful. Please suggest remedies and treatment.

When i was teen i got badly hurt on my lips nd some of my teeth on my left side. After the check up nd medicine i felt good but whenever winter start my teeth start paining so i used synsodine in winters nd i get relief but this time when m again start using synsodine,but i m nt getting relief in teethache I feel relief for sometime when i drank hot water. I dont want to visit for check up in corona time so plz help me do i get relief innmy bad pain .

I have a gap in front teeth also my teeths get easily yellow. Even they easily get cavity.. Please suggest what to do

I have heard alot about myobraces , can they help in correcting my midline shift and improper jaw development or do I have to go for braces ?
