Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sudden toothache.. existing cavity on one side.. extreme toothache on upper jaw.. accompanied by headache and pain in ear.

I can feel a slightly textured skin on one side of my inner cheek (buccal mucosa). It is not visible through naked eye because there is no discolouration. It is painless and I have no other symptom or discomfort whatsoever. I live in Canada, it's getting extremely cold here so maybe due to dehydration. But just wanted to get an opinion. Textured area is a small patch and not everywhere. I would describe the patch as 1 cm or less. It is not heavily textured, just feels different when I touch that area with tongue.

Hai dr. My baby is 18 months old.she has slipped in water while running.her upper lip got teared  littlein the middle she  also has bleeding from the upper lip. She didn't have any damage to teeth. My concern is can I give anything to her to eat like dals etc. She has some white kind of thing formed in the middle of  upper teeth.is there any pus kind of thing I had doubt please clarify it.

Hi I'm getting wisdom teeth it comes little little since last 2years now again I guess it is growing so having extreme pain on right side lower jaw and a bit of swelling. Please suggest something to lower this pain as unable to chew or eat anything from left side .
