Scaling and polishing
I have no teeth problem and I brush my teeth twice a day. How often should I get scaling and polishing done? Does scaling erode the enamel? I do not floss my teeth.

Scaling and polishing is essential for teeth as it takes off any debri or plaque which is present. Ideally  a scaling is advised every 6 months but you can get it done once a year if you have really good oral hygiene and no deposits or plaque
Next Steps
if you notice any deposits behind your teeth or a plaque accumulating or bleeding gums get a scaling done at nearest dental clinic
Health Tips
