Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am having pain in my jaw for past two days..what could be the reason ..I have went for checkup with dentist and told me it is because of wisdom teeth and needs to be removed if pain increases...is it really needed to remove my wisdom teeth. .Attached the teeth xray for reference

I get excessive saliva accumulated in my mouth while talking , which gives trouble in talking . I have chapped lip issue too and dryness around mouth . Don't know if these are inter connected . I feel excess saliva getting collected over my tongue even when I have my mouth closed . It is seriously interrupting with my speech .

Have lower jaw pain under ear, neck pain since may. Went to dentist,he suspect a tooth fracture in lower first molar#46.he sent me to Endo.he couldn't spot any tooth fracture,said that tooth is sensitive to bite/cold. I waited till September if it improves.Still the same pain symptoms,my dentist told me to do RCT.I had rct done 7 weeks back.Still same symptoms.dentist still suspect I have a tooth fracture.I went for core and temporary crown work this week.Told me to come after 3 weeks for permanent crown.I don't know for sure if I have tooth fracture.Still have same symptoms.constant burning pain in neck and lower jaw under ear.Can I do permanent crown?How to know if I have tooth fracture? I have very sore pain on the gum,tooth on that area after temp crown work. Is this normal or because of fracture?do I need extraction?x-rays normal.dentist took CBCT,suspect a root fracture from it.this pain after core and temp crown is normal? I have very sore pain and tenderness in that gum&tooth.

Am 30yrs old female. I have done root canal before 7 years. Now I feels like that tooth cap is paining or some mild pressure on that teeth as well as with adjacent teeth. What could be the reason? I didn't chew anything hard.

Pls have look at picture don't know what it is like cut or scratch in gum. Pls provide good medciation thanks

I had braces to my teeth. Lower set of teeth was forced to move forward. Thusmy dental arrangement is little disturbed. Now my tooth started paining because there are no gum linked to them, & roots are about to open. Attached is the pic where u can see my teeth is almost open & not covered by gum...its becoming sensitive & painful now.please advice

Went back to dentist last week to do core buildup and temporary crown. He still suspect I have tooth root fracture and that is the reason for my constant burning pain in jaw under ear and neck.I did temp crown 7 days back. I have severe sore pain and sharp pinch like pain in that tooth and gum. I am not chewing on that side at all. It's very sore pain.i have this sore pain constantly on gum and tooth Along with burning pain in lower jaw and neck. is this normal to have pain for so long?Does it indicate fracture? extraction or perm crown?

Fromlast night i suffered with leftside teeth pain heavily. Usednebicard 5mg,cilakar10 for BP and zitaplus 20 mg for sugar. kindley suggest medicines for 4 days for temparary relief. THANKYOU.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, My Mother, age 54 has been Tested Covid+, went through Treatment which included Antibiotic and Fever Reduce for over 9 days, she is better now and recovering, now the only problem she has is with her teeth, she complaint about extreme sensitivity and soarness in teeth which makes impossible for her to chew food. Please suggest any Gel or medication which helps her in her Teeth sensivity.

Hello Doc, Yesterday while eating i dont know what happened but because i applied more than enough force to have one bite one the teeths inside side got broken and fell...so is it calcium deficiency should i take any medication?or is it due to force of the other teeth to that one.
