Tooth and Mouth Problems

There is little bit very small size whitish in tongue that not getting removed from long time no issue etc is there any remedies

It's been long that my tongue got hurt due to I have eaten a unknown plant root that irrated me a lot there is little bit inflamed side it's look that looks whitish in the morning is there any way to get this remove

Hello doctor I am facing excessive drooling or saliva at night my pillow is wet every time and also in daytime whenever I look down saliva start out. I've had tooth extraction (upper left molar) in the end of may this year. Dentist has warned me that there is possibility of having sinus cavity if surgery go wrong. I've attached images of my OPG X-ray report. Should i go for dental implant or not?
