I brush 2 times a day use a water flosser at night and then mouthwash but then also plague builds up on my teeth what should I do. I use Himalaya toothpaste closeup up mouthwash and brush in circular motion for 3 to 4 min. What to do

My 4-year-old child's top 6 teeth broke into pieces in 3 years. Why did this happen? What should I give him so that the next tooth comes right. He was born 7 and half months .At that time his wait was 1.9 kg. and his growth is normal. Plz suggest my why his teeth broke.

I have lower jaw pain under ear and neck pain since may. Went to dentist and he suspect a tooth fracture in lower first molar#46. He want me to extract and implant.Then he sent me to Endodontist.Endo couldn't spot any tooth fracture and he said that tooth is sensitive to bite and cold. I waited till September of it improves.Still the same pain symptoms and my dentist rid me to do RCT. So needed rct.I had rct done 7 weeks back. Still same symptoms.My dentist still suspect I have a tooth fracture.I went for core and temporary crown work this week.Told me to come back after 3 weeks due permanent crown.I don't know for sure if I have tooth fracture.Still have same symptoms. Constant burning pain in neck and lower jaw under ear. Can I do permanent crown?How to know if I have tooth fracture? I have very sore pain on the gum and tooth on that tooth after temp crown work. Is this normal or because of fracture?do I need extraction?x-rays normal.dentist took CBCT,suspect a root fracture from it
