According to your clinical condition and systemic condition you might have stress ulcers or apthous ulcers. Which happens in immunosuppresive patients or it might happen due to a tooth having cavity having sharp edges and continuously irritating your cheeks and tongue. Digestive problems also causes ulcers in mouth. Vitamin B12 deficiency also can be the contributing factor.

For ulcer: it can be aphthous ulcer. Pls avoid spicy and hot food as it might cause irritation and burning sensation. Apply dologel or hexigel 2-3 times a day before 30mins of having food and also start with vitamin B. For teeth having black holes and weak : it is caries. You need to get the restoration or rct done respectively.

Based on your clinical findings we can say it might be a case of apthous ulcer ,which is seen in immunocompromised patients or patients going through a lot of stress... Dnt worry Do visit a dentist for details As of now you can rinse thoroughly with salt water or turmeric water ,pure honey has also found to be beneficial ,u can apply a gel called dolo gel on the particular site
