Its a deep filling with some decay or a protective layer placed by your previous dentist. We decide if the tooth needs a rct or not depending on your symptoms and not just the gap under filling on x ray. If you have pain, it will be rct. Incase some sensitivity,  maybe a deep filling with base can help. If there are no symptoms at all, dentist needs to check clinically for any gap between filling and tooth margin and decide the treatment. Hope this helps

Hello sir,      Your OPG shows a dark area under your filling, the reason might be,     1. Secondary caries under filling     2. Your dentist might have placed a base under the filling ( for healing purposes)
Next Steps
If you have any clinical symptom of pain or sensitivity, go for an IOPA x ray and consult your dentist for further treatments
Health Tips
please don't delay if you have any symptoms.

Yes your filling has gap. This gap can be due to secondary caries. This can be filled with material or treated with RCT after pulp testing done.
Next Steps
Ask your dentist to conduct pulp testing for the tooth.
