Dental Implant (CBCT)
I had my upper 2nd molar tooth extraction in the end of may in 2020. I want to have dental implant done but according to CBCT reports i don't have enough length to perform surgery. Is short dental implant can be done in my case? Does it have high successful rate? If there is chance of higher risk, won't dental bridges affect other surrounding teeth and damage them in future? I've started to feel depressed 😞

Once you recover , very shirt period ( 1 week) Complete healing and bone formation takes about (3 -4 weeks) Get fixed Bridge porsthesis instead. Kimdly do not worry. Your scan reports are talking about some growth inside the sinus. Kindly see an oral surgeon and get this checked.. if height is not enough, a sinus lift surgery can be performed and implants placed. Implants ate like your teeth . If your teeth can get decayed or fall, so can implants. They may fail depending on oral hygiene and health.it wont affect surrounding teeth

An implant procedure can be done with (indirect sinus lift) in your case provided there is no active infection in the sinus. Get an ent opinion. Length should not be a problem as sinus lift can easily be done. And width is good.
Next Steps
Take ent opinion regarding any active infection and consent for sinus lift
