Tooth and Mouth Problems

Iam waiting for my tooth bracing after extraction.  The doctor uses a traditional ceramic brackets for me.  Right now I have some brackets attached to my upper jaw area teeth.  In lower area which bracket is better.  Normally some doctors fit the metal brackets below instead of the ceramic brackets,why?  which is better. kindly answer

The main part of RCT is done and a permanent white cement filling is done at present. Only capping is remaining. A minute food color is stuck on that white cement. It's just color, not food particle but it is not washing off even after gargling. Does white cement fill decay?

I have been getting pain behind my right ear and neck which I've been told is due to a damaged tooth in my right lower jaw. I was told to take Enzoflam 2 times and Almox 500 2 times a day. I have been getting pain in my body. Is the dosage that's been prescribed too strong? Or is it the medication reacting to the infection? Please advise on how to deal with this. My dentist has been unreachable since yesterday.

Hello, it's been approx more than one year when i got my braces but now a days suddenly i found that my right molar is wiggling while i have molar band and I'm feeling pain when i chew something or i apply mild force against my molars i feel pain in interdental space of molar. I'm very worry about if these are sign of cavity or I'll loose my molar. Please help what to do and i use an interdental brush to remove the food debris from interdental space of molar...is this Pain is because of I'm using an interdental brush to remove food particles? Please help me.
