Medicines usually do not help in recurrent problems. You need to eliminate the reason for pain and infection.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for clinical examination, investigations followed by treatment.

Dear Patient, The best solution to repeated issues with a wisdom tooth is to get it removed. Trust me, the removal is a better and easier process than to struggle with the pain every few months. Painkillers work for a few hours, however, popping pills too often is not a wise thing to do.
Next Steps
An X-ray of the tooth would be advised to be taken before the removal.

Hi mam,        If wisdom tooth is creating problems very often then it is better to get it extracted. Please get a OPG x ray done, confirm the issue and then proceed. If only the gums over it creates the problem , then go for operculectomy ( it takes hardly 15- 30 minutes).
Next Steps
Please show your OPG to your dentist and go for any of the above said procedures for permanent solution
Health Tips
As of now, you can do two things 1. Go to dentist , do deep scaling in that particular area along with antibiotics dose 2. At home, don't use hot water. Better use a mouthwash and vigorous gargling Please don't stop brushing. Hope this helps you mam
