Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, I injured the back of my gum (circled area) while brushing my teeth 3 days ago. I think I may have accidentally brushed too aggressively and injured it. I have been brushing the area lightly and using betadine mouthwash at night to prevent any infection. I also time to time use smyle gel on it. It only hurt a bit the first day, and does not hurt anymore. It is just a bit irritated and slightly inflamed, as a result it is occasionally interfering a bit with my bite. For context, I have had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. The area in question (lower right side), I had it taken out in mid-2019, and had stitches there as a cut was made. Any other care instructions for the same or to speed up healing? Would an anti-inflammatory like Combiflam/brufen help? Please advice. Thank you!

I clench my teeth so tight while I sleep that I wake up with a headache everytime. I got total 50 units of botox done(25 each side) but the clenching has not stopped because I require more units and it's out of my budget. Do custom mouth guards help? How can I stop clenching and headaches?

Wisdom tooth coming out since last 10 years, intense pain swelling & some redness near the tooth with too much pain. The teeth is rubbing against the skin of the cheeks

Since 2 days there has been a swelling in my gum between lower left incisor and canine it is only on the outer side, inner side is fine. It bled when I brushed and ate apple today. It kind of feels like an overgrowth which might fall off or needs to be cut. Please help. Picture attached.

Age 31 yrs, just now I had wisdom tooth extraction, had 2 stiches aswell but still alot of blood is coming out, which I am spitting continously...what shud I do ? Is it a problem if blood go inside my stomach...and what should I do to stop blood. While extraction tooth broken down and it took 30 minutes for the dentist to find it out and remove but did alot of cut and wound...is it a problem ?? Please help

Can I take Zerodol SP after more than 2 hrs of having KETOROL DT. Zerodol SP has worked for me in past. KETOROL DT is not working.

Lower left molar teeth gum hurts while brushing. It also hurts if I touch the gum with my finger and rub on it. It gives sore and tenderness. . I had cavity filling done on first lower left last year. Nothing done on second left lower. What does it indicate if tooth gum hurts? One thing I done recently is, I am chewing food only on this side for last 8 months. I have lower jaw and neck pain on the right side and did some rct and wisdom tooth extraction that side. So I am using only the left side for chewing. Will that cause any gum pain? Does it indicate any severe thing? Scared about this. Already have right side pain going on and still no diagnosis or solution for that yet. Different opinions for that side.  Don't know what to do. Now this left side started. What helps for this gun and sore pain?

My gums pains, and i can't drink cold n hot it's sensitive... M scared why gums are white. Is it cancerous i have seen my whole gums there's no white spots like lessions like googled showed please help
