Are small dental cysts at the tip of the teeth harmful? Do they require to be removed? Are there any chances of them growing?

I am suffering from gingivatis and my doctor advice for deep scaling and I want to done deep scaling in guwahati What is the cost of deep scaling

Is there any way like tablets or paste or any other( that does not has side effects)  to get bright , white and shiny teeths ..

I am using conventional ceramic braces .I  would like to buy an electric brush for good cleaning.beacuse my orthodontic toothbrush didn't given good cleaning.  Due to High stain & plaque build up on my tooth.i decided to buy one there are two brands in my consideration.  The brand Realme  N1  & Care Smith.In one of these, the company has provided an extra one with a soft head bristle  i am not a person who supports the brand .I selected both because of they are very cheap &good quality.both them using sonic technology.but  both of them doesn't have any  circular movement.First of all I need to know if these two brushes will cause any damage in my bracket. Is this safe for use? please answer

I could see my lower teeth as more stains both outer and inner surface, i consume more sugar based drinks could that be a reason and what are the procedure to be done to make my teeth whiter again

I have constant burning pain in the lower jaw under ear and side of the neck since month of May. Been to several doctors, dentists. No answers yet. Dentist suspect it might be from a tooth fracture in #46 and want me to extract it. He took CbcT scan and suspect a fracture. I went to an Endodontist and he couldn't see any fracture. He said my tooth is sensitive to cold and bite, want me to do RCT. I did rct and crown. Still the same symptoms in jaw and neck. I have sore pain on that tooth and gum since the core buildup and crown placed. Before that it was ok. The main concern is the pain under the ear in the lower jaw and neck. Dentist want me to do extraction now as he doubt that fracture might be the reason for the pain. Whether tooth fracture cause pain in Lower jaw under ear, neck and ringing in ears? I also have constant feel of something stuck in throat. Please help. I have been to tmj specialist, neurologist, ent. Does it look like tooth fracture issue? Do I need extraction?

Had root canal and crown on#46. No cavities or infection. Have constant burning pain in lower jaw under ear and side of the neck since May month. Dentist suspect there might be a fracture and want me to extract it. I went back to Endodontist and he couldn't see any fracture in microscope. Told me to do Rct and crown. Dentist did cbct scan and suspect fracture from it. Endo didn't take any cbct. Only x-rays taken. I went back to dentist as same symptoms after permanent crown. Dentist tapped on that crown and it hurts. What does it Indicate? He gave me bite paper to check bites. It hurts to bite on the bite paper up and down, front and back. It gives some sore pain and tenderness. I am not chewing food on that side at all. Using opposite side. I am chewing on that tooth only during bite test and it gives sore dull pain and tender. Do I need to extract this tooth? Does tapping pain indicates extraction? My dentist want me to come back next week for extraction. He is not sure though.

Same symptoms after rct, crown. Dentist want me to extract tooth.endo want to do re-rct. I don't know how to proceed with. Got cbct report from Radiologist on my own.it said periapical abscess.both endo, dentist didn't say anything like that.do I have abscess for so long? got 3 cbct scan so far. One cbct for tooth #46 in June at dentist. One cbct for TMJ in tmj specialist in September. I have a fallen filling which has turned into. Tiny whole in my teeth, now due to cavity it is paining everytime. Not wanting to go to dentist as I have my exams due which is very important. Willing to go to dentist after few days only. Kindly help
